Step 2:  Log in and finalize your profile

Upload any necessary documents, upload a profile photo, and make edits to your profile to stand out as an applicant.

 

Step 3: Look for an email called "Please Schedule Your Phone Interview with HKC"

We will review your application and decide if we would like to move forward with an interview at this time. 

 

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

• Professional resume 

• Must be willing to make at least a 1 year commitment (unless applying for job otherwise stated).

• Relevant job history with at least 3 years of professional experience 

• Ability to pass a criminal background check 

• Clean driving record

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• For childcare positions - CPR and First Aid Certification (or willing to renew prior to hire)

• For chef positions- ServSafe Certification (or willing to renew prior to hire)

• High-school diploma or equivalent 

• Minimum age of 18+ 

• Non-smoker

• 3 Professional references we can contact (excluding family, friends, coworkers, and non-related experience)

• Highly suggested: At least one letter of recommendation and a cover letter
